In-store auditing - Our researchers are extremely comfortable operating in the retail environment. Our services in this area range from pricing and availability studies to in-store compliance, space and range checks.
Mystery shopping - Customer service is fast becoming a key factor in dictating where consumers shop and which brands they purchase. Mystery shopping provides insight into how retail staff interact with customers and whether they have sufficient product knowledge to effectively advise customers on the benefits of any given brand.
Quantitative research - Our particular expertise lies in customer interviewing, both in-store at the fixture, and as customers exit. We also have considerable experience of developing and running tracking studies, as well as other ad-hoc research studies.
